This is a good start in controlling EU spending although I suspect that there is still much discussion to be had before this is finally agreed In the European Parliament.
Well done D.Cameron and the team from the UK for challenging the EU budget.
The Prime Minister’s stated position as he entered the discussions yesterday showed a level of leadership that I am sure would propel him up the popularity polls if he was to adopt this style more when handling UK journalists and news organisations.
